Experience the Luxury of Lürssen’s New 400-Foot Gigayacht – A Week’s Vacation Worth $3.3 Million

As the world of luxury yachting continues to evolve, the demand for larger and more extravagant vessels is on the rise. One of the latest offerings in this space is Lürssen’s new 400-foot gigayacht that can be chartered for a staggering $3.3 million a week.

A Quick Introduction to Lürssen’s New Gigayacht: Kismet

Last year, Lürssen’s Kismet was sold and we all thought that was the end of it. However, a successor has emerged and it is nothing short of spectacular. The new 400-foot Kismet is now part of the Cecil Wright fleet and is set to be available for charter in the upcoming 2024 season.

“Having sold the previous Kismet (now renamed Whisper ) in September last year, we are delighted to be able to continue our relationship with her owner as the central agent for charter for his stunning new vessel,” said yacht broker Chris Cecil-Wright.

The Design and Interiors

The new Kismet is a marvel of design and engineering. The exterior has been crafted by the Italian firm Nuvolari Lenard, while the interiors have been designed by the well-known Reymond Langton from the U.K.

Spanning six decks, the living quarters feature between eight and nine cabins that can sleep up to 12 guests. The owner’s suite, spread over two decks, includes a spacious stateroom with a skylight and fireplace, two bathrooms, two dressing rooms, and a private Jacuzzi with a sunbathing area. Furthermore, a private staircase leads to the owner’s office which offers panoramic views, a conference table for up to six, and a dedicated pantry.

The guest cabins are elegantly designed and thoughtfully appointed, offering both double and twin configurations for flexibility. In addition, Kismet is equipped with cabins for 36 crew members plus the captain to ensure a high level of service.

Emphasis on Health and Wellness

Kismet has a strong focus on health and wellness. A futuristic, Tron-inspired corridor leads to a wellness area that boasts a Balinese-inspired spa with a hammam, sauna, and cryotherapy, as well as a dedicated gym and a yoga studio with a juice bar, both with opening sea terraces. The yacht also offers two hair and beauty rooms for preening at sea.

Entertainment Features

Kismet is packed with entertainment features. The yacht has three pools, including a Jacuzzi with a waterfall on the top deck, a large pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar on the pool deck aft, and a Jacuzzi forward on the upper deck.

For movie buffs, there’s an outdoor cinema on the bridge deck and a Nemo cinema on the lower deck with a 150-inch drop-down TV. One of the most unique features is an underwater viewing lounge. Other amenities include a DJ station, a Champagne bar, a teppanyaki station, and a wine cellar. There’s also a garage full of water toys and a basketball and pickleball court.
